Without a doubt, the Activision Blizzard King purchase is one of the hottest topics right now. Not in vain, in recent weeks we have had a lot of news about it, from objections from Sony and corresponding responses from Microsoft, to different types of information about when the purchase could be finalized.
For this, the various global and antitrust authorities must agree to the takeover of Activision by Microsoft. And, although it is a long process, we are starting to have the first verdicts.
Saudi Arabia approves Activision takeover
The first to speak out was the Saudi Competition Authority, which confirmed that Microsoft’s takeover of Activision was fully viable and acceptable. In other words, it finds no impediment to completing the acquisition and, in its view, there would be no monopoly issues with its merger.

With this, the first step is taken in the ratification of the purchase. There are still many organizations left and this is only the first stone on the road. But little by little the green light is given to the takeover by Microsoft. Who will be the next to give their verdict?
