In December, Hollywood stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Milla Jovovich will join players in the World of Tanks Holiday Ops campaign.
For the first time in history, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Milla Jovovich will be on screen together! Later this December, the Hollywood stars will join players in Holiday Ops in World of Tanks on PC, mobile, and console. The holiday season is heating up in World of Tanks PC, World of Tanks Blitz and World of Tanks Modern Armor!
In the Holiday Ops trailer, Arnie and Milla embark on their most important mission yet – saving the holidays for Arthur and his son Mikey. Players join her in World of Tanks on the magical Christmas Express train that takes her to the heart of Christmas Village.
The trailer is available in a German and an English version at the end of the message.
“I’ve played the heroine in video game movies, but this is the first time I’ve been put in a real game myself, and I’m ready for action!” said Milla Jovovich, Holiday Ops Ambassador and Action Star . “Another first for me is playing with the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger. With him by my side, we will take players to a magical Christmas village and give special gifts to players in World of Tanks.”
“I had an amazing experience with World of Tanks last year and when I was asked if I would do it again, I immediately said, ‘I’ll be back.’ I knew this year’s event was going to be really special – and I was right. I’m honored to play alongside the amazing Milla Jovovich and for the first time we got to work together. The Holiday Ops rewards and challenges are even better this time, and I get to combine two of my favorite things: the holidays and tanks,” adds Arnold Schwarzenegger, Holiday Ops Ambassador, action star, and tank owner.
Tank players will first encounter the blockbuster duo in the garage, where they will assign them challenges and missions. As players complete these tasks, Arnie and Milla will award them with customized items such as tank skins, themed emblems, inscriptions, decals, and commanders. Milla and Arnold’s voiceovers will be heard in World of Tanks for PC and Console.
World of Tanks Franchise Director Christopher Chung said it’s an honor to have Arnold and Milla on screen together for the first time in World of Tanks history.
“Like many of our millions of gamers around the world, I have watched films starring Arnie and Milla for decades. It truly is a dream come true to team up with the two global stars in our first-ever franchise-wide Holiday Ops. There will be something special for our players no matter what platform they enjoy World of Tanks on,” says Christopher.
The holiday events will start on December 1st and will run until January 9th, 2023. Each game version has its own dates and holiday offers tailored to the gameplay of each platform.

Tankers must complete a series of missions and quests to earn exclusive Arnie and Milla customizations and a chance to earn both Holiday Ops Actionstars as Tank Commanders! Holiday Ops 2023 will feature a special event currency called Resources. And all festive activities will be based on collecting and investing these resources.
World of Tanks Modern Armor
December 13, 2022 – January 2, 2023
Players can join “Team Arnold” or “Team Milla” in the upcoming season and take part in the Holiday Ops events. You can earn rewards by accumulating points to redeem Holiday Ops customizations and content.
World of Tanks Blitz
December 17, 2022 – December 27, 2022
A full calendar of Holiday Ops activities is available in World of Tanks Blitz. Whoever logs into the game will automatically receive a gift: Arnold and Milla avatars and in-game bonuses. Additionally, battles can be won to earn Arnold and Milla rewards such as camouflages, collectibles, and best of all – a profile of Arnold.
