Halo Infinite needs something more than a battle royale mode, but it can definitely be a nice addition to one of the freshest and funniest shooters I’ve passed through my hands. well thought, can be a real explosionand the Warzone mode to which I refer, a mode that seemed like a very crazy idea and a good basis for the topic that concerns us today.
If you remember, not so long ago, Windows Central told us about Project Tatanka, a battle royale mode with Halo characteristics and developed by Certain Affinity. It is a study that is no stranger to the franchise, so they seem the most optimal for such a project.
Lots of evidence this mode is coming to Halo Infinite
The fact is that there is not a small evidence that shows that this new opus is going to have such a mode. I don’t know the reasons why it wasn’t launched, although I can imagine them… But if for some reason the voices discovered in the beta that spoke of a battle royalethe testimonies of former employees of 343 affirming it, or of renowned journalists alluding to it are no longer enough for you, today there are captures.
Or at least that’s what it seems. They’ve actually been circulating in various communities in the game, and some of them are people who don’t need “a fake moment of fame”, so while you should always take these things with caution, I would consider them nearly accurate.

In Resetera, they shared some additional information that leaves hints that we are at least facing an evolution of Warzone with battle royale brushstrokes. It doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing it soon unfortunately, but at least the idea seems original.
