After a long wait, Sonic Frontiers has already arrived on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and the rest of the platforms. At the moment the title is receiving very good reviews on a general level (our own review is in progress) but the Xbox Series S version has some problems related to the relationship.
The problem is, several Series S users have reported that the game is stuck at 30 FPS, which unlike other games makes a significant difference considering the hedgehog’s movement speed and the importance this has for the mechanics of the playable title.

The gate The player has contacted SEGA to find out what’s going on and the issue seems to affect players who have 4K UHD displays. To fix the issue, the developers recommend going to the console options menu and enabling the 1080p option like Sonic Frontiers can and should run at 60 FPS on Xbox Series S.
In any case, this option is a workaround until the developers release a patch to fix the problem permanently.
