The Technical Preview for Halo Infinite is in full swing and the Social Arena Slayer is scheduled for August 1st, tomorrow.
The Technical Preview for Halo Infinite has already started with Bot Slayer, a scaled-down version of the first Battle Pass in the game, and Halo Insiders can use it to participate in selected modes and try out various features before the shooter is released.
343 Industries has planned the 4 × 4 Social Arena Slayer for August 1st. This will be activated when the test goals and commitment to Bot Slayer are satisfactory and available at short notice tomorrow evening. However, gamers should be prepared for disruptions.
“In particular, we know that in some cases players get in to a bad state while a session is forming and are kicked back into the main menu after a short delay. As a result, the game itself starts as 4v3, which is certainly a less than desirable experience. ”
343 Industries would like to collect additional data in order to correct the problem in the final version.
Further features are weapon drills for the MA40 AR, the MK50 Sidekick, Needler, S7 Sniper, Ravager, as well as a reduced version of the first Battle Pass. Players receive in-game credits that they can spend.
343 Industries would like to point out that the expenses for customization items, the order of the Battle Pass levels, or the experience points gained through challenges are still in development and therefore nothing from the Technical Preview will be carried over into Halo Infinite later.
