NeocoreGames announces the DLC “SORORITAS” with a new, playable character class for Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor Martyr. The ADEPTA SORORITAS faction’s inquisitor will be available in 2022, initially for PC and later for consoles.
Fans of the Warhammer 40,000 universe are already familiar with the Adepta Sororitas. The Sisters of Battle are devout supporters of the Emperor and a bastion against corruption and heresy throughout the empire. With a wide variety of weapons ranging from flamethrowers to blessed blades to neural whips, they destroy the heretics – but their beliefs are considered a weapon stronger than any steel. By their zealous faith, they summon immeasurable powers to perform sacred deeds and to silence the last cries of the heretics.
The Sisters of Battle will also introduce new class mechanics and item types in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor. Players can access various acts of faith to empower their characters and allies or destroy enemies and further customize their play style through the passive skills of the Sacred Rite. When belief is strong enough, the Sister of Battles transforms into an embodied saint and gains access to a wide range of unique skills feared throughout the Caligari sector.
