The release of ARK 2 is said to have been corrected backwards again. According to a report from Digital Domain, ARK 2 will not be released until spring 2025 for Xbox and PC. But this information is not correct.
Digital Domain’s annual report stated that Studio Wildcard will be supported with in-game assets and will be closely associated with the game until the Spring 2025 release.
Excerpt from the annual report: “Digital Domain continues its collaboration with the Studio Wildcard team as they prepare for the highly anticipated release of ARK 2, the sequel to the award-winning ARK. Digital Domain is currently assisting the team in creating various “ingame” assets. Digital Domain anticipates being closely involved in all aspects of the project by the time the game releases in Spring 2025.”
A Studio Wildcard spokesperson told GamesRadar that they have no idea where the information came from and it’s likely just a typo.
Just a month ago, ARK 2 was pushed back to 2024 to ensure a better gaming experience.
