MightyApe, the New Zealand online store, has received early copies of the new Star Wars: Jedi Survivor video game, according to photos posted to Reddit by an alleged store employee. The images show the physical version of the game for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, with the notice on the cover of, "download required” indicating that players will need to download additional data before they can play.
The updated specs for the PC version of Jedi Survivor had already anticipated that the game would have a considerable size of more than 150 GB, which far exceeds the rated capacity of a Blu-Ray disc. This means that purchasers of the physical version will need a fast internet connection in order to download the data necessary to "complete" the partial installation of the game onto the Blu-Ray disc.
Star Wars: Jedi Survivor won't fit on a Blu Ray, you'll need to download additional data
Remember that the game will be released on April 28 and that if you bought it in digital format you can download it from the 25th.
