DotEmu has announced the arrival of a new DLC for Streets of Rage 4 and a free update that will arrive later this year
Publishers and Developers DotEmu, in collaboration with Lizardcube and Guard Crush Games they announced that Streets of Rage 4 will feature paid DLC: Mr. X Nightmare. This DLC adds 3 new playable characters and a special survival mode, which will arrive this year. In turn, a free update will arrive that will include new content for the game. The announcement coincided with another milestone: Streets of Rage 4 reached 2.5 million downloads.
The announced new DLC was accompanied by a trailer that introduces one of its new characters, Estel Aguirre. Character who debuts as a playable character for the first time in the saga, since we previously considered her to be a level boss.
M. X Nightmare will also include a new Unique Survival Mode, although we’ll have to wait a bit longer for more details. Mr. X Nightmare also features energetic original music by Tee Lopes., composer and arranger having participated in titles such as Sonic mania, League of Legends and Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom.
On the other hand, Streets of Rage 4 players will also receive a free update which will include a new difficulty mode New Mania +. In addition, players will be able to take advantage of an in-depth training system to perfect strategies and combos.
