We have been waiting for some time for news from Grasshopper Manufacture. The study conducted by Suda 51 has several games in development, it is something that we know and that is confirmed by the study director. So at least we know there’s a battery of projects waiting to move forward and hit the market.
The company, recently acquired by NetEase, manages its assets. But the fans want, we want to know more.

And it’s not for nothing, the studio’s portfolio includes games like No More Heroes, Killer 7, Shadows of Damned, Let It Die, Lollipop Chainsaw or even Killer7. But beyond the IP, what gives value is the equipment itself. So now the expectations may be higher than ever as Suda 51 himself has confessed to wanting to announce some before the end of the year.
He did so in a recent interview for his parents’ channel, NetEase. This obviously builds trust.
The games we’re making in this studio, I mean really cool new games, we’re going to keep making them. I wonder when I can announce them. Maybe towards the end of the year?
