Did the developers of The First Descendant simply copy symbols from Destiny 2 and only change them slightly?
Just a coincidence? Or maybe it’s too much of a copy? The free-to-play shooter, which has been available since last week, has to put up with a comparison with Destiny 2 when it comes to symbols.
As comparison images on forbes.com show, many of the symbols for skills and perks used in The First Descendant are very similar to those in Destiny 2.
In addition, the weapon “Different Dream” seems to have been heavily inspired by the IKELOS weapon series. The similarities between the weapon and the symbols are undeniable.
