Back in September we announced our latest release for the second year in a row, Football manager 2023, would be available on November 8th and included Day One with PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass. We’re full of anticipation and we’re sure you are too.
If you want to start your FM23 Career on the PC before November 8th you can pre-order the game now from the Microsoft Store to own the game and get Early Access, which is usually around two weeks before full release.

New features for a new campaign
This year we have made a point of reflecting on the lessons we have learned from close relationships in the real world of football FM23 the most realistic experience yet. Our recruitment overhaul is based on an understanding of how clubs conduct their planning, scouting and transfers across multiple seasons. Our tactical instructions have been freshly adapted to the terminology of modern football analysis and our Supporter Confidence system reflects the growing importance of fans to managerial security. We’ve advanced the last year’s work on animations, with new technology that allows us to improve not only the quality of the animations, but the way they blend together. Some player roles have been adjusted, wingers now consistently offer more width, and advanced playmakers push higher into half-spaces to help build play. AI Managers are now smarter than ever, with a major rewrite of their logic, allowing them to assess every facet of a game and create more nuanced tactical battles with you. We’ve simplified some of our tactical instructions to make them more accessible. in the FM23 consoleYou’ll find the games now feel more hands-on, with radial menus, an improved Touchline tablet, and a refined user interface that pulls you right into the heart of the action on the pitch.
Another new addition for both of them FM23 and FM23 console is the dynamic manager timeline. Split football manager Stories are an important part of what makes our community special, so for this year we wanted to offer a new way to view and track each career’s achievements and milestones. The timeline shows you snapshots of various events throughout your career, from winning titles to academy players making their debut, all in chronological order.
