The deal only mentions Hi-Fi Rush, which is also available on Playstation in a series of cross-platform Xbox games. Nothing is mentioned about The evil within Or Ghostwire Tokyowhich are currently still owned by Microsoft Gaming.
The ideal is that instead of freezing these popular iPS, Xbox publishes them with one of its own studios, or as it has already done with Toys For Bob, entrusts an external studio with the development of these incredible franchises.
