Released last September, one of the last representatives of console tennis will be among the next generation next year. Nacon has in fact been working on an Xbox Series X | S optimization announced for March 2021. This version will appear as a new edition with new content and gameplay improvements.
Parallel to the release of a new generation, the publisher also presented the next upcoming DLC. The annual ticket will therefore be enriched from December with two new athletes: Sofia Kenin and Karolina Pliskova. In January 2021, Juan Martin Del Potro and Victoria Azarenka will be added to the list in turn, ahead of the big update in March.
Indeed, by the end of the first quarter of 2021, the Tennis World Tour 2 will see some major novelties. This content will undoubtedly make it possible to revive interest in the title and the Xbox Series X | Garnish S versions. In detail, players can relax:
- A new tournament
- 6 new characters
- New equipment for athletes
- New stages
- New outfits
It remains to be seen whether Smart Delivery will deliver this major update to the Series X | S version is required. Will Xbox One players have full access to the new edition? Nothing is less certain as Nacon does not specify anything in its press release. We will therefore be patient and hope for a pleasant surprise for the owners of the game.
