The Anacrusis celebrates the start of mod support with 50% off this weekend’s sale

Go back to the Isolde and face new challenges with the Moderately extravagant update! We just launched our fifth monthly update for The anacrusis, which comes with our first two modder-made campaigns, a first look at our new weapon mod system, two new holdout maps, and a whole host of smaller quality of life improvements and bug fixes. To celebrate, we’re giving away weapon charms and sunglasses to everyone, and introducing our first in-game discount.

We’ve listened to player feedback since we launched in January and made thousands of changes based on what you said. With the Moderately extravagant update

we can promise you’ll see things you’ve never seen in a co-op shooter before, from black hole pocket grenades to a gun that stops time when you shoot at an enemy.

Thanks to player feedback from Xbox Insiders and playtest sessions, we’ve addressed a long list of player requests, including dramatically improved performance across all Xbox consoles, overhauling controller input to make it feel more responsive, overhauling the default gamepad -Configuration, fine-tuning the brightness on the flasher, encouraging new players to enable voice communication, adding robust in-game guides to help new players start the game faster, adding a more powerful in-game emote and ping system, Enabling private servers and offline solo options, adding a second difficulty level and much more.
