The Coalition has revealed an initial image of their tech demo, created with Unreal Engine 5 on Xbox Series X, which will be released on July 20th. In fact, a few days ago the American studio announced its presence at the Game Developers Conference 2021 with a video showing its first results on the latest version of the Epic Games engine.
As a reminder, this demo will not be part of any game that is under development. The title “Alpha Point” is only intended to show what The Coalition is capable of with the tool. At the head of the presentation are two big names from the studio. Kate Rayner, Technical Director, and Colin Penty, Technical Artistic Director will be in the comments. They will discuss the lessons they learned from those first few weeks of use.
The developers of Course 5 will unveil their creations from MetaHuman, the character design software built into Unreal Engine 5.
