Welcome to Taego, an oriental themed 8 × 8 card and all the exciting PUBG: battlefields Moments that await you by now, alongside some twists of your own.
Taego has a diverse terrain and environments with numerous cities, terrains, and unique sights across the battlefield. Be on the lookout for wildlife, with flocks of birds responding to player movement and gunfire, giving you a potential early sign of impending danger.
Comeback BR is an exclusive second chance Taego mechanic. This system allows players who died during the first phase to fight for survival and get the chance to make a comeback. When the second phase begins, players who died in the first phase will be moved to a separate area to fight among the other would-be survivors. If you survive, you will be given a chopper transport back to the main battle for a second chance at this chicken dinner.
The second unique feature of Taego is the new Self AED. This new commodity gives a player the opportunity to stand up again after knocking. In solo games, solo players are hit with a self-AED instead of being killed instantly. In squad games, if a member of the squad has a self-AED, the squad will remain down until all allies with self-AED are dead.
Taego also offers two brand new weapons, the K2 and the MK12.
The K2 is a 5.56 assault rifle that can use all magazine and muzzle attachments and up to a 6x telescopic sight. With the ability to switch between single fire, burst and fully automatic, the weapon is as versatile as it is deadly. You can find the K2 among normal loot all over Taego. The MK12 is a new 5.56 DMR. This powerful rifle can hold all AR and SR attachments except a stock and up to a 15x rifle scope. You can also pick up the MK12 in Taego from under normal loot.
Vehicles can be vital on 8 × 8 maps and Taego is no exception. Taego also offers an exclusive new vehicle with a rich, real-world story of its own. Originally a 1974 Hyundai concept car, the Pony Coupe is now a reality on the battlefields. With an all-wheel drive system for better off-road control and an impressive top speed of 150 km / h, this small but nippy coupe is the perfect vehicle to get you through the vast expanses of the Taego. While the Pony Coupe is a 4-seater, it’s not built to comfortably seat 4, so unfortunately your backseat teammates won’t shoot in that car.
A new Survivor Pass Jam full of great rewards is also waiting for you. Survivor Pass: Taego offers new unlockable rewards in its 50 levels, with some new bonus rewards including G-Coin and other goodies for Premium Pass holders who progress beyond 50. As before, you can buy levels (up to level 50) or earn them by completing missions.
Taego is finally here, so pack loads of 5.56, shout shotgun so you don’t get stuck in the back of the pony coupe and head back to the 8 × 8 battlefield.
