After two years in Early AccessBaldur’s Gate 3 will officially launch on PC on August 31, the same day the PS5 version will arrive and we will have to wait a little longer to be able to enjoy it on Xbox Series X/S due to some technical setbacks experienced by the Larian Studios developer team.
The PC version will also have some last minute tweaks that directly affect requirements that the game will have in the version of this platform.

In one messaging and steamLarian Studios has confirmed that the requirements for the PC game will be higher:
“The complexity and graphical fidelity of Baldur’s Gate 3 increased during the early access phase. We were looking at the minimum requirements, and already closer to the release date, we increased them to adjust them to the reality of the version complete, as you can see on Steam.
With this update, gamers will need an i5 4690 or FX 8350 processor alongside a GTX 970 or RX 480 with 8GB of RAM. While we can say that the minimum requirements are quite achievable, the recommended configuration is another story: an i7 8700K or R5 3600 processor and a 2060 Super or RX 5700 XT graphics card with 16 GB of RAM. In either of the two configurations, those who want to enjoy the title will need 150 GB of hard disk space.
