A few weeks ago we learned that Supermassive Games and 2K Games are teaming up to release their new IP, The Quarry; a title that will continue in the wake of The Dark Pictures Anthology, although the only thing it will share with the previous saga will be its cinematic cut and setting. Because yes, The Quarry will be your new horror game.
Since its announcement, we have known some details, such as the one It will be fully dubbed and localized in Spanish, its setting, its characters, etc. However, we hadn’t seen it in action yet, except for a small trailer.
The Quarry features 30-minute gameplay
Thanks to IGN, we were able to see a detailed video of the game, where we can see almost all the playable options of the title, and as expected, it is cinematic and with gameplay focused on decision-making and Quicktime events. Also highlight the improvements made to the factions and character animations which, at first glance, seem to improve compared to its previous installment.
The quarry will then come to market June 10 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
