A Disney Dreamlight Valley hotfix fixed bugs in these quests.
The Toy Story update not only brought new content last Nicholas Day. Some bugs have also crept into the magic valley.
Developer Gameloft has come up with a remedy and has now rolled out a hotfix that takes care of some bugs in the game that mainly deal with various quests.
In addition to the quest blockers, an issue in Disney Dreamlight Valley that made it difficult for you to leave Buzz Lightyear’s house has also been fixed.
Also, the boba tea was too big. The developer has shrunk it back to its normal, intended size.
December 16 hotfix patch notes
- Story-related items no longer appear in the crafting menu before they should be available.
- Improved feedback in Buzz Lightyear’s house to make it easier to exit.
- You’re My Favorite Substitute Quest: Improved item spawns to prevent them from falling off the map or into static objects.
- Sunstone Restoration Quest: We continue to work on iterative fixes to help users who are still having issues with this quest. Today’s fix should help some players, but we’re continuing to investigate the issue as we anticipate the issue will persist for others. We will keep a close eye on this until the next update.
- Quest “A Deal with Ursula”: Players can now place the four crystals on the pedestals required to complete this quest.
- Quest “The Mystery of the Stolen Socks”: The next step of this quest is now accessible for players who clear the necessary junk. Donald and Dreamlight Valley, thank you!
- The Enlightenment Quest: Placing the Ceiling Fortress in the house will now complete this quest.
- Boba tea is great. Giant Boba Tea is even better! But in the valley… maybe it was a bit too big. Boba tea items now display at their intended, normal size.
