From IGN they point out that they were able to test it for an hour on Xbox Series X and their impressions are wonderful.
It looks like everything we got to see in the deep “Starfield Direct” last Sunday is exactly what we’ll find on September 6 when we start our game. there were no open impressions for the press, the folks at IGN got to talk about Starfield getting to try it out firsthand on their Xbox Unlocked podcast.
But of course, this type of podcast catches us a little far across the pond, but one of the Twitter influencers who is always up to date, user HazzadorGamin, took it upon himself to compile the whole thing. in an impressive summary.
Starfield will be a game that will be played for years
Perhaps one of the statements that I personally liked the most and that you may also like is the fact that it will not be a multiplayer game and that all expansions will be concentrated in this way, with a lot of content so as not to leave this immense universe. These are the keys:
- What They Could Play Was On Xbox Series X
- Scale and ambition is insane because of what they taught in the Direct and what they played that fit perfectly
- People will be playing Starfield for years.
- Many background choices can be changed
- They couldn’t see the story, only do other things
- Without multiplayer, the expansion will be single player
- Gravity on ships makes combat fun
- ax fighting is fun
- It looks like a No Man’s Sky 2 made by Bethesda Game Studios with the story and options of Fallout and Skyrim together.
- We don’t know if there will be alien races
- space combat is good
- The town feels like a cross between Oblivion and Mass Effect with plenty of NPCs and heights to visit
- Specially designed missions and district locations will give you plenty of playtime
- It feels incredibly deep and doesn’t feel like a spectacle at all.
We know you want more, but that’s what there is for now. Let’s hope the summer passes soon and we can play it as it should, on our PCs or Xbox Series X | S or on Xbox Game Pass out.
