Geo Morgan by Poncle – the development studio of Vampire Survivor – was interviewed during the last showcase ID@Xbox to showcase the game’s next expansion, with the added bonus of a lengthy gameplay sequence to get his point across. This 15-minute sequence was shared on Youtube by IGN. The opportunity to learn more about this DLC called Tides of the Foscari which is coming this coming weekend, April 13th, for the low price of $1.99.
Nestled in the heart of a forest the size of a continent, this DLC takes you to Foscari Academy, a school where the world’s elite trains their students to become powerful sorcerers, tireless generals, and espionage experts. It is divided into three houses, a principle previously unknown in the world of fantastic fiction. Three students, one from each house, venture into a forest populated by mythological creatures to all have a joyful adventure without anything disturbing that fantasy.
Geo Morgan clarifies several things regarding this expansion, but is limited in his disclosures on many occasions, embargoed! But we can still learn that Tides of the Foscari takes place after the events of the main game and that it includes eight new characters, four of which are introduced a bit in the video. 13 new weapons will also be part of the game, with of course a new area, Lake Foscari, referring to the name of the DLC, you would have understood The latter is an enchanted forest full of fairy mysteries, mythological beings and creatures straight out of an RPG bestiary.
