German video game hit Enshrouded releases new video with tips and tricks.
The German development studio Keen Games is releasing a new video with tips and tricks for the co-op survival action RPG Enshrouded, which was recently released in Early Access on PC and will also be released for consoles.
Keen Games is very grateful for the feedback from players and plans to publish the roadmap for the next few months in Early Access as soon as possible. They would also like to thank the community that Enshrouded made it into the top 10 of the best-selling and most-played titles in the Steam charts and reached over 1.5 million gamers in the first few days after its release in Early Access.
As part of the video, the development team shares helpful tips and tricks for exploring the world of Embervale. Keen Games shows, among other things, some of the many ways players can maximize their achievements.
The skill points gained through experience can be used to unlock skills and abilities. Thanks to the various ways to gain experience, such as combat, mining or expanding the map, the grind feels less monotonous.
As players become friends with certain NPCs, they can in turn upgrade equipment depending on their play style. Likewise, the development team also provides environmental tips to help source ingredients such as resin. The team also shares a few tricks for dealing with the different types of Shroud to prevent friends from suffering the same fate.
Early Access improvements
Since the launch of Early Access, Keen Games has been working hard to fix bugs and develop new features and improvements. Many of the initial problems have already been resolved in seven hotfixes and one update.
The latest update on February 6th includes stability, performance, and UI improvements, as well as a bug fix when joining dedicated multiplayer servers, support for Steam community content, and the much-requested bug fix when unlocking the rake recipe.
Keen Games strives to actively listen to player feedback. Enshrouded’s comments, testing, and conversations around the world allow the team to make informed decisions and promise that with patience they will continue to improve the Early Access version.
In addition to community channels like Discord or social networks like Reddit, Twitter and more, players can list their priorities on the website Enshrouded Feature Upvote announce where features and bug fixes can be proposed and voted on. This gives the team a clear overview of the most popular suggestions.
While the rankings do not confirm that these proposals are in development or a priority, they do contribute to decision-making. Official announcements will be shared across Steam and social media.
A successful start
Since its release in Early Access over 1.5 million players ventured into the world of Embervale.
The co-op survival action RPG has achieved several top positions on the Steam charts during this period, including #1 best-selling title and #6 most played title. The game title is currently ranked 2nd and 13th in these categories. Keen Games is currently focusing exclusively on the development of the game and plans to further improve Enshrouded during the Early Access phase. Exact details will be announced in the upcoming roadmap.
Enshrouded is a co-op survival action RPG set in the voxel-based world of Embervale. As Flameborn, the last spark of a dying civilization, players can venture into a vast world alone or together with up to 16 players, defeat challenging bosses, build large halls and forge their own path.
To reclaim the kingdom’s lost beauty and history, they must delve into the deadly mist that haunts the land and holds rare treasures and fearsome creatures.
Enshrouded is available for PC on Steam in Early Access. The full publication as well Console versions are planned for the future.
