Townsmen – Regeneration of the State is a game of the city's central plan. It entails a complex economic system, which requires you to build production lines, trade effectively and maintain a balance between your income and the enjoyment of Towns. At all times, your city will have to deal with the precise difficulties of summer water shortages or the inability to grow crops during the winter. The large variety of buildings and the various functions of your citizens will help you overcome these other obstacles. Build military rooms to stand up against brutal attacks or hire a doctor in your hospital to fight the disease. Firefighters, hunters, farmers, blacks and more will help you build a stable society. Find out all your actions as mayor and apply it to research that will improve efficiency with technological advances.

With the DLC included "The Empire of the Sea" you can start your trip to the Mediterranean right away!
Expand the existing game with new facilities, such as a military fort that allows easy defense, a coastal port that enhances your trade, or a guesthouse that helps you make money by having a beautifully decorated city. A large amount of new decorations and other useful structures allow you to create the dreamy old-fashioned seaside metropolis.
