Microsoft and Asobo Studios announced that the twelfth update of Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available. This focuses exclusively on New Zealandan exotic destination for the vast majority of players.
Like the previous ones, we are allowed to discover the country after an exceptional work by the Asobo studio, which thanks to the use of photometry and various images achieves a surprising realism. Even we can visit Hobbiton, in the north, the emblematic place of the Lord of the Rings.
Seven cities have been meticulously modeled for the occasion:
- Auckland
- christchurch
- hamilton
- Nelson
- Queenstown
- Tauranga
- Wellington
- Without forgetting the most emblematic places and the many airports.
Additionally, they were added three bush walks, three discovery flights and four landing challenges. As a reminder, the update will not be automatic, so you will have to go to the dedicated menu and download it manually.
All these novelties are good reasons to bring back Flight Simulator on your Xbox Series console. Unless you’re on Xbox One, where you can enjoy it directly on xCloud.
