A new hellscape: Mammon’s Gulch
Our brand new map, Mammon’s Gorgedraws you into a brutal, unforgiving landscape with a battlefield that tests a hunter’s tactical knowledge down to the smallest detail.
With added verticality and many new viewpoints, you can head to high ground to enjoy wide sightlines over expansive panoramas, or venture into the deep mines of the canyon to navigate the rugged landscape with fewer hazards.
Explore 16 unique terrains, traverse burned cities, oil fields and mining operations, and face new threats posed by rising corruption.

New wild destination: Hellborn
As if the treacherous terrain wasn’t enough, a new Wild Target roams these cursed lands – the Born from Hell.
A mixture of fire and flesh, Hellborn roams the mountains until provoked into an explosive reaction. Posing an entirely new threat, the Hellborn moves frantically to launch a relentless assault on invading hunters, scorching everything within its considerable range.
Be warned: The Hellborn is best destroyed quickly, as its angry howl attracts the attention of other hunters across the ravine, multiplying the threat by the minute.
Scorched Earth Event
With the introduction of Hunt: Showdown 1896we unleash a new event, Scorched earth.
Hunters are invited to face the fire to earn new gear, ammo, and weapons, including the 1865 Carbine, the Infantry 73L base rifle with a sniper variant, bear traps as a new tool, and a crossbow Deadeye variant with a scope.
We’re also welcoming an all-new weekly challenge system to better support players jumping into the action mid-event, as well as a Battle Pass full of free and premium rewards to unlock.
