Editor Blood music and the developer Theta Division Will throw VirtuaVerse, a game that takes the classic pixel graphics adventures of the last century. The game takes place in a cyberpunk world.
In it, Nathan, an outsider who still refuses to accept the new system, makes a living off the network as a smuggler of modified hardware and pirated software. He’s one of the few who can still turn off the AVR and see reality as it really is, everyone is living in a false created reality. He lives in the city with his girlfriend Jay, a talented AVR graffiti artist whose drones have spread color techno into the city’s augmented reality.
Nathan wakes up one morning to find Jay is missing. He only finds an encrypted message on the bathroom mirror. After accidentally breaking your personalized earphones, Nathan is now offline and determined to find out what happened to Jay. You will have to face a group of hackers linked to Jay or a guild of AVR technomancers. While traveling around the world you will have to visit cemeteries of hardware, digital archeology, crypto shaman tribes and check out all the debauchery that virtual reality has unleashed that everyone lives immersed in.
As we see, the game seems more than recommended for all fans of the toughest science fiction of William Gibson, Philip K. Dick or Isaac Asimov. On October 28, we can get VirtuaVerse, an adventure that breathes retro air. Don’t forget to follow Xbox Area to keep up to date with the latest news from your console.
