Two new DLC heroes were announced today for Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin.
In today’s Frontier Unlocked livestream, the Cambridge-based studio revealed two new hero DLCs coming to Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin on March 20, as well as a free update for all players that includes new multiplayer, skirmish and Conquest maps as well as other balancing and quality of life improvements, including the highly anticipated Squad Stances.
Kurdoss Valentianthe Crow King, exerts his ominous presence on the battlefields of Ghur, silencing enemy forces and disrupting enemy command. The ominous sight of the Trickster King’s silently floating throne among the ranks of the Night Hunters is a sign of doom, as this powerful fighter wields the Sepulchral Scepter to bring death upon the enemy.
The Gaunt Summoner allows players to indulge in the twisted cunning of Tzeentch, summoning devastation from afar and tearing apart reality itself to unleash the fury of the summoned demons. Using powerful spells and arcane abilities, they can reshape the battlefield to their whim and turn the tide of conflict in their favor.
Both playable heroes can be used in AI Skirmish, Multiplayer and Single Player Conquest modes, bringing entirely new abilities to the field. Players can swap out their standard hero units for one of these special characters, optimizing their overall strategic approach to the game.
Each Hero DLC will be available individually for a recommended retail price of $4.99, or together as part of a package for $8.99. This brand new content requires the base game Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin to download and play.
