We tested the Razer Kaira – Area Xbox

On this occasion the team Razer Europe, gave us the opportunity to test its Razer Cairo. Wireless headphones that we simply loved. But what do these headphones have to convince us? Well, the first thing we need to consider is this:

Pure Razer

The snake brand once again manages to stand out with a high quality product. They may not be 7.1 headphones, but they did quite well, creating surround sound that will give the gamer more than decent aural accuracy. You will hear the footsteps and sounds behind you, how the balls will pass from left to right with clarity.

But surely one of the most important questions you ask yourself is: are they comfortable to wear? And the answer, as with everything in life, is: it depends.

If you have a large head and also wear glasses (as was the case with the screenwriter who tested them) for a short play session of around 2 hours, you might not have too many problems. If you intend to book a session of 5 hours or more, your ears may start to hurt.

The helmet sponges, although comfortable, do not work miracles for long sessions in the case mentioned above; despite this, they isolate outside sound very well so you can focus on the game

. The microphone has a fairly high fidelity, your friends will listen to you as if you were next to them during voice chats in your games.

Headset Setup

Do we recommend the Razer Kaira headset?

The answer is yes. Even with the small negative mentioned above regarding your comfort, we understand that not everyone has the same circumstances. There will be players for whom the helmet will fit like a glove and not even know they are wearing it.

The microphone is amazing the level of clarity it gives our voice, the surround sounds and their fidelity are also at a fairly high level, one of the best we have tried.

The ease of being able to configure everything on the headset from the console itself without having to go through a PC, is another big point in favor that not all headphones have.

And it has a pretty decent battery life, between 10 and 15 hours of playtime., you won’t have problems charging them often. Although it should also be added that the charging of the earphones is somewhat slow, compared to our Smartphones of today, this should not be a problem if we leave them to charge once our gaming session is over.

The Razer Cairo, they are probably in the top of the headphones that you could use as a player, well above the low-medium range that may be on the market, but without entering the high range with the highest prices.
