We are very happy to be able to share this with you Windjammer 2 will be released for Xbox One and Xbox Game Pass (PC and Xbox)! But what is Windjammer 2 Exactly?
You may never have heard of it Tall ship before and it’s okay (it’s not, but I forgive you) so let me tell you more about it. The original Tall ship is a game developed by Japanese studio Data East and released on arcade machines and the Neo Geo console in 1994. Simply put, it’s a top-down frisbee game with colorful characters, great moves, strategy and a lot of mind game.
It’s basically pong mixed in with Street Fighter, and it’s great.
We at Dotemu are huge fans of the game, so we wanted to bring it back with a brand new episode. We worked very hard and spent several months recreating the game to reproduce the exact and original Tall ship Experience and gameplay in Windjammer 2. but Windjammer 2 is not a remake, but a brand new game with new fully hand-drawn graphics, new sick game mechanics, new Kickass characters, new stages and more! Speaking of new characters, we’re excited to unveil the final two characters to join the game today: Jordi Costa and Sammy Ho, bringing the list to a total of 12 whines from around the world.
Why is it so good?
What did … do Tall ship so special is that it is easy to learn (just like Pong) but difficult to master (like Street Fighter) which makes it an amazing and exciting competitive game. And by competitive I mean the real thing, with tournaments all over the world and even an eSports league: the Tall ship Flying Power League. the Tall ship The community has grown since it was first released in 1994 and we can’t wait to showcase it Windjammer 2 and lots of new players to jam!
Naturally, Windjammer 2 follow in his big brother’s footsteps and keep his competitive roots alive! With the new game mechanics we’ve added to the game, Windjammer 2 brings a whole new perspective on the strategies and game plans you can think of to beat the other woes.
Your opponents stay on their goal line and only defend? Use the new dropshot to drop the disc next to the mesh.
Or maybe they want to stay closer to the net and put enormous pressure on you? You can just praise them or even hit the frisbee on the other end of the court. You won’t see it coming and you will have a hard time catching it in time!
The above are just two simple examples of situations that can arise in the game, but the possibilities are endless. The beauty of Tall ship lies in its players: they make the game, and every game is different.
