The sequel to Woodle Tree Adventures is here, with so many new enhancements! In this post I would like to talk about developments and ideas in the background Wooden Tree 2: Deluxe +. So get started!
Game development began in 2017. We wanted to build a platformer game and so we started with the development of a new world.
During the design phase many ideas started to appear, in fact we understood that we had enough ideas to develop 2 or 3 games in all! So we had two options: remove features and levels in the game or upgrade the world large enough to contain them all.
We finally found out that the only way was to make the whole open world map that included all the villages, levels, and characters in the game. This can even help with the immersion and credibility of Woodle's atmosphere and growth.
Of course the most difficult development aspect of the game is the design and design of a land large enough to contain all levels. In addition this will run at 60 frames per second without load times. For a small group this seems like a good idea to understand, but we wanted to challenge it anyway and improve the game of our dreams.
After many years of development, I'm proud of the game we were able to make and I'm glad you can now play it in the best way possible. In fact, we were able to add new challenges and a multiplayer co-op mode for up to 4 players!
