Xbox Support has provided some more clarity on Baldur’s Gate 3’s nudity ban.
Anyone who shares content with “nudity” from the role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3 on the Xbox Network risks being banned from Xbox. The stupid thing is that many players didn’t even upload these game clips, but instead activated automatic sharing.
But each game clip is checked individually and then decided. Players will also receive tips on how to avoid such violations in the future.
Now Xbox Support is trying to provide some clarity and has spoken out:
Xbox Support: “To provide clarity on Baldur’s Gate 3 adult content enforcement measures, Xbox accounts will not be automatically suspended. Each clip will be reviewed by a moderator and, if it violates our safety and content guidelines, will be penalized accordingly.”
“Our team reviews appeals and can reverse suspensions if the action was taken in error.”
“For example, if it’s a first offense, we’ll lift the ban and let players know why it happened and how they can avoid future issues (e.g. how to turn off auto-upload when sensitive content is included become). You can find out how to deactivate the automatic upload here
.”
