A few months ago we shared that NBA 2K22 was coming to Microsoft’s premier service, i.e. Xbox Game Pass, but everything seems to indicate that now the opposite is about to happen. We know that Xbox is always on the lookout for new games to add to the service’s extensive catalog and some are rolling.
Often these games that come to Game Pass are for a certain time, as for contractual reasons between Microsoft and third party companies they will have agreements for the games to have visibility and a certain time in the service.
Xbox Game app message hints at NBA 2K22 leaving Game Pass
A message that would reach us from the Xbox Game application, informs several users of the imminent departure of NBA 2K22 from the service for next August 31, ending your access. On the other hand, the same message lets us know that we will have a 20% discount for users who have played and wish to buy the game.
The surprising thing is that the release of NBA 2K22 would take place without reaching 4 months since its announcement, but this is not a new situation, other games have been released in relatively less time, we still have to wait, an announcement official is made or that it is all a mistake. Also specify that there is currently no official announcement from Microsoft regarding this release, so I recommend caution.
Will you miss the game? Are you going to join him in case he goes missing? Tell us in the comments what you think.
