The Xbox community is eager to hear about the company’s plans. Not in vain, in the first months of the year three heavyweights should arrive like Starfield, Redfall or Forza Motorsport, in addition to all the titles already announced for the Xbox Game Pass at launch. But we are missing dates, to know when we will be able to play these proposals.
This is why the community is excited about the possibility of an Xbox event taking place in the early stages of this newly launched 2023. An event that is not yet official, but about which more and more rumors are being heard.
The Xbox Showcase would bring back the spirit of the X0
The latest comes from Jez Corden, who claimed that this event would be closer to X0 than a big E3 show. In other words, let’s not expect a 90-minute show, but something closer or similar to a Direct that Nintendo popularized. A little pill to offer the release dates and new features of the most anticipated games for the start of 2023.
Not to expect too much, but maybe display is a strong word. Direct maybe? I’m still not sure how big, but don’t expect a big show at E3 level.
You shouldn’t wait too long, but maybe showcase is a strong word. Direct maybe? Not sure of the scale yet, but don’t expect a huge E3 show.

Anyway, we must now wait for Microsoft to officially confirm this event supposed to take place between the end of January and the beginning of February and where we can finally know the release date of Starfield.
