In the previous comparison between Xbox One X and PS4 Pro, there was already a clear resolution advantage of Microsoft’s console, but this fix that increases the frame rate to 60 fps for performance mode brings the Xbox Series X and the PS5 to a new level of almost mandatory action. But let’s get to the interesting thing, because again the PS5 is weighed down by resolution in both modes, in favor of the Xbox Series X.
In resolution mode, both run at 30 fps, but the Xbox Series X hits native 4K and the PS5 at 1440p.
