The Legend of Zelda dominated a weak sales week in the German games charts.
With temperatures of up to 38 degrees, there was little enthusiasm for gaming last week.
Accordingly, the physical video game market also recorded the second-weakest revenues of the current year. The strongest title remains the open-world adventure The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which again tops the official German Nintendo Switch charts, determined by GfK Entertainment. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Minecraft get the remaining medals.
The much-anticipated Diablo IV continues to perform as hell, defending Xbox Series Gold and PS5 Silver. Only Final Fantasy XVI sells here even more often. The PS4 and Xbox One hit list continues to cast its spell over Hogwarts Legacy, while Farming Simulator 22 chugs to the top of the PC list.
