There are still around six months until the supposed launch date of the next Samsung Galaxy S22, which is expected to come between January and February 2022, and we already have family leaks. Leaks which inform us again on three models, counting the normal, the Plus model and the Ultra model.
But now a leak seems to shed some more light on Samsung’s upcoming high-end family of phones. A leak that tells us about their screens, their cameras and their batteries, in addition to telling us that we will have phones with Exynos chip and AMD graphics, although to a limited extent.
Only the Galaxy S22 Ultra would have an LTPO screen
The information lands on the part of FrontTron, a Twitter user who reveals some characteristics of the future Samsung Galaxy S22 and repeats again that the Korean firm will repeat with its trio of models already known. So it looks like we’ll have a Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

As for the basic model, Samsung galaxy s22 it would have a 6.06-inch LTPS display and a triple set of rear cameras. This trio would be composed of 50 megapixels with an angle lens, 12 megapixels with a telephoto lens and 12 megapixels with an ultra wide angle lens. We also have data on the battery and they tell us about 3,800 mAh without further information on its charging system.
TO the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus we would repeat the screen technology, LTPS, although not diagonal, 6.55 inches. The camera equipment seems to be identical with 50 megapixels on the front, 12 megapixels with optical zoom and 12 megapixels for ultra wide-angle photography. And for the battery, 4,600 mAh.
Ultimately, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra he would introduce more changes compared to his brothers. At first its 6.81 inch screen would be LTPO instead of LTPS, and in cameras we would have one larger capacity sensor and another. Thus, the S22 Ultra would arrive with 108 megapixels with an angle lens, 12 megapixels with a telephoto lens, another 12 megapixels with a telephoto lens and the 12 megapixels with an ultra wide angle lens of its brothers. To close, it would offer 5000 mAh of battery.
As for processors, everything indicates that the Samsung Galaxy S22 would arrive with the Exynos 2200 with AMD GPU, but the production problems caused by the shortage of processors which are already starting to be felt would cause Samsung to take more time on the account to the Qualcomm catalog. It would mean that the Galaxy S22 with Snapdragon 898 (if it is finally its name) would be more abundant than in previous generations. As we said, none of this will be official until it’s unveiled in 2022 but it helps us describe what we’ll see when the time comes.
