Sony today presented its new range of phones which will soon arrive in Europe. With the Xperia 1 III and the Xperia 5 III, the manufacturer leaves us with his new Sony Xperia 10 III. This new device is in the brand’s mid-range, a mid-range with 5G, which we are seeing more and more in the market.

The Sony Xperia 10 III is an elegant device, waterproof and comes with 5G connectivity standard thanks to the use of the Snapdragon 690 as a processor, one of Qualcomm’s chips designed for a mid-range with a cheap 5G. It’s a balanced phone that has it all for consumers.

A mid-range with 5G

This Sony Xperia 10 III presents itself as a balanced model in the mid-range and which is already prepared for the deployment of 5G networks around the world. Has been used Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 as processor, a mid-range chip with 5G, less expensive than those of the 700 series, which should allow to maintain a more adjusted price in this model. With this chip stands out its battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh, which promises good autonomy.

Sony retains its characteristic design with a 21: 9 screen in this device. The manufacturer has opted for a 6-inch OLED screen, which is smaller than what we are used to in today’s market. This screen has Full HD + resolution and HDR support. In the upper frame we find its 8 Mpx front camera.

As usual in the brand’s other phones, this Sony Xperia 10 III stands out with its rear cameras, where we have a triple combination. A 12 MP main sensor with an equivalent focal length of 27 mm, a wide angle of 8 MP and a telephoto lens of 8 MP. These cameras also come with different modes, such as night mode, food photography or photos in low light conditions.

Pricing and availability

The Sony Xperia 10 III will launch in Europe at the start of this summer, still no confirmed date. We do not know the price that this new mid-range of the Japanese brand will have, which will come in a single version of RAM and storage in black. We hope to have more information on this soon.
