Over at igamesnews, they recently published an in-depth performance analysis with Geekbench tests of all the processors that Apple has included in its latest devices. From the A14 Bionic chip in the iPhone 12 to the M2 Max chip in the new MacBook Pro, here are the results.

Testing of this benchmark has determined that the most powerful processor launched to date is oddly not one of the two new chips recently introduced to the Mac product line, but rather the M1 Ultra chipa brown beast that ate the latest generation processors.
M2 processors have Overall CPU performance improvements of 18% compared to M1 chips. For their part, the M2 Pro and M2 Max processors offer 20% better performance than the M1 Pro.
As for the iPhone processors, we encountered no surprises. Everything seems to follow a natural order. The chip A16 bionic it surpassed the performance of the previous A15 Bionic and A14 Bionic processors, giving the iPhone 14 Pro superior graphics performance over its predecessors.

The iPad Pro line with M2 processors offers 15% better performance than models with the M1 chip. A considerable difference.
