After the Huawei Nova Y70 from almost exactly a year ago, Huawei has just announced its renewal: the new Huawei Nova Y71 which, in truth, is practically identical to the previous one except for the amount of memory.
Huawei plays Groundhog Day again with the Huawei Nova Y71 with an unconfirmed octa-core processor (possibly a Kirin 710A) and EMUI 12 in a Simple mobile that stands out for its large battery.

The Huawei Nova Y71 is official. It’s almost the same as the Huawei Nova Y70, which in turn was the same as the Huawei Nova Y70 Plus. As for the rest, the Nova Y71 is a simple terminal and it will be probably cheap. The terminal comes with a modern design but somewhat outdated components.
The Huawei Nova Y71 has a 6.75-inch diagonal LCD screen that HD+ resolution and, in principle, it remains at the 60 Hz refresh rate of a lifetime.
For photography, we have a somewhat basic offering for the time with some Huawei P30 Lite flavor, with an 8-megapixel portrait lens and a triple camera with 48 megapixel main sensor5 megapixel wide angle and 2 megapixel sensor for portrait mode.
We don’t know exactly which processor it has, as Huawei recently got into the frustrating habit of not specifying it, although it could be the older Kirin 710A. Comes with at least a little more memory and storage than its brothers: 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage via microSD.
If the Huawei Nova Y71 stands out in anything, it’s in its battery. The terminal mounts a 6000mAh battery supporting 22.5W fast charging. The mobile includes the fingerprint reader on the side, it has a minijack and it goes on sale with EMUI 12.
Versions and prices of the Huawei Nova Y71
The Huawei Nova Y71 is listed on Huawei’s global website, but it still hasn’t set a price and we don’t know if it will go on sale in Europe. What we do know is that it will be available in the colors black and gold.
