Adobe announced the offer via its blog, in an article in which Scoot Belsky, Adobe Executive Vice President, stipulate that:
In the development of all successful technologies comes a turning point, a time when technology, design, availability and understanding of market needs are maturing and this technology suddenly seems not only viable, but inevitable. I think we’re at that tipping point with mobile authoring tools.
If you only intend to work from the iPad, this is an option to consider. However, if you want get the most out of a PC or Mac through Creative Cloud and storage space, you will have to pay the monthly Photoshop subscription which has a price of 10.99 dollars per month. If you also want Illustrator, you have to add an additional 10 dollars per month.
