A 2020 beyond all expectations
We started 2020 with an apple sticking out of his chest with services. What was going to be a complex year of launches, turned into a hurricane with the arrival of the coronavirus. Apple’s suppliers had to close factories in China, anticipate a pandemic which would spread throughout the world. Despite this, the Tim Cook team managed to navigate it without leaving employees, suppliers and businesses overwhelmed by the situation.
