Those are the things a priori is not very well understood, if you are not within the companies involved and you know the leading reasons for making some decisions that are not right. One of them why there is no Instagram application for iPad. Not defined.
Instagram's social network is already old but still fully functional. Based on the sharing of your photos: photos and videos. We agree that iPads cameras are not the most suitable for making beautiful photos for publication, but instead have great screens too The Instagram app on the iPad can be great. Today the CEO of the company talked about it, giving the matter a long time.
We are in 2020 and it seems odd that we have yet to apply for the Instagram iPad, one of the most important social media sites in the world. This weekend a user asked Twitter directly to Adam Mosseri, CEO of Instagram, and has since responded.
Mosseri opposed The reason why they didn't produce the iPad app is that the company doesn't have enough resources to keep Instagram on two different platforms such as iPhone and iPad. We all know that Instagram was bought by Facebook in 2012, so that the "shortage of resources" does not disappear.
He also said Instagram "would like to build an iPad app."
"But we have a lot of people, and we have a lot to do, and it's not as exciting as the next best thing we can do right now."
The iPad is 10 years old. Maybe when it comes to 20 years?

His words are labeled:
We aspire to create an iPad app, and even though we have a lot of people, there is still so much to do, and it is not yet our first priority.
Many years ago third party applications were installed on the iPad using the Instagram API, but the company changed that API and removed them from the market, without expanding its system. They are based on the fact that there is enough about the Instagram web app on the iPad, and can be added to the home screen with Safari. Obviously, it would not be like a good dedicated application.
That said, the company's most vague decisions. It would have been less expensive to explain the reason for this position, in some sense, and not to apologize for their lack of resources. Of course Mark Zuckerberg did nothing good with this medal.
