Our Verdict
Quality and performance have their price. With the Anker MagGo Power Bank 10K, you get one of the fastest and most advanced MagSafe power banks.
With the MagGo Power Bank (10K), Anker has implemented the new Qi2 charging standard. The good thing for iPhone users is that nothing changes thanks to Qi2’s compatibility with MagSafe. This also applies to the charging power, which is therefore high at 15 watts: the Qi1 charges iPhones at 7.5 watts.
But Anker has even more in the compact 10,000 mAh power bank: an easy-to-read display showing capacity percentage, remaining battery life, and charging time. Additional symbols such as an arrow for charging a connected device or a lightning bolt when the external battery is charging complete the informative display. A small stand is also integrated, essential for watching videos while charging.

In our test, the 10,000 mAh capacity was enough to charge an iPhone 15 from zero to 100% once, then from zero to 70% after that. After 30 minutes, the Power Bank added 38% to the phone. Impressive. The USB-C port produces 27 watts of power, an increase of 35% on an 11-inch iPad Pro and 23% on an M1 MacBook Air.
An AI algorithm with a 32-bit processor aims to ensure high charging speed with the lowest possible heat generation. The Power Bank 10K charges via the integrated USB-C port with a maximum of 20 watts. A proper USB-C charging cable is included, but not a travel bag.
The screen provides plenty of information about the status of the charger.

Should you buy the Anker MagSo Power Bank (10K)?
Qi2 is the new standard for wireless charging, but since iPhones have MagSafe, the benefits of Qi2 aren’t exactly new to iPhone users. With the Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K) you get a reliable and well-designed external battery. The support is a practical plus and the screen is a plus that you won’t want to do without after a short period of use. Heat generation during wireless charging is limited and thanks to the 27 watt USB-C connection, the Power Bank can also be used with iPad and MacBook. The Power Bank sits at the premium price point of the 10,000 mAh class, but you get cutting-edge technology with twice the charging capacity of most competitors.
