If you own multiple Apple wearable devices such as an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods, like many of us, a one-piece charging station is a great way to save desk space, bring it all together cleanly and reduce cable clutter.
You can then relax knowing that you don’t need to search for three or more separate cables and wall chargers. Everything is immediately available to you.
Multi-device chargers come in different shapes and sizes: flat stands, taller stands, foldable travel packages, and power banks.
The Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1 pad) is a long, flat strip with flexible charging pods for iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch.
It uses the latest Qi2 wireless charging technology based on Apple’s MagSafe standards. Qi2, like MagSafe, ensures a perfect charging position by magnetically attaching the iPhone to the charger.
As such, it can wirelessly charge an iPhone with the same 15W of power as a certified Apple MagSafe charger. Magnetic but non-MagSafe or non-Qi2 chargers are simply “MagSafe compatible” and are limited to a more pedestrian speed of 7.5W.
We’ve reviewed the best iPhone chargers and the best Apple Watch chargers, and the Anker MagGo chargers are among our recommended favorites.
Anker is a well-known and trusted manufacturer of premium Apple accessories and is one of the first to launch a line of Qi2 chargers.
The MagGo 3-in-1 Pad can fast charge any MagSafe iPhone (iPhone 12, 13, 14, or 15 models, but not SE) at 15W as well as fast charge an Apple Watch (series 7, 8, 9, SE). and Ultra) at 5W and Apple AirPods (2nd and 3rd generation AirPods, and all AirPods Pro) at 5W.
You can replace the AirPods case with a second iPhone (iPhone 8 and later) via 7.5W Qi rather than full MagSafe. The connection is not magnetic, so you need to be more careful with phone placement to get a proper charge.

Design
The Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1 pad) is a horizontal strip measuring 9 inches long, 3.4 inches wide, and half an inch high (23 x 8.5 x 1.4 cm).
It weighs 12 oz (340 g), so it’s light enough to travel with you in your bag, but remember that you need to plug the MagGo into a wall or desktop charger, so take a cable and charger with you .
Luckily, the MagGo 3-in-1 Pad comes with its own USB-C charger with a decent 40W of power, enough to charge a 13-inch MacBook if you want, but it also plugs into any USB-C charger. We’ve tested the best USB-C chargers in case you prefer a multiport charger to be at the base or with you at all times.
What we particularly like about the MagGo 3-in-1 Pad is that its iPhone and Watch charging modules can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Competing chargers, such as the $149.95 Belkin Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charger with MagSafe, look similar but lack the flexibility of the iPhone charger, meaning that The iPhone must be charged flat and you can’t then use sleep mode or position the phone in a useful way while it’s charging.
The MagGo, on the other hand, has its iPhone charger on a 2-inch (5 cm) arm that can raise the height of the iPhone to about 4.5 inches (11 cm) from the desk and its angle can be adjusted between 90 and 180 degrees.
The iPhone can be positioned in landscape (for Apple’s sleep mode) or portrait orientation.
When compared side by side with the Belkin 3-in-1 Charger, it is the same width but slightly less long and deep (Anker: 9-x-3.4-0.5 inches; vs. Belkin: 9 .3-x-3.4-x-0.8 inches). The Anker is also noticeably lighter (12 oz vs. 16.8 oz) and is therefore more bag-friendly. It’s also a third of the price of the Belkin charger.
Both are available in black or white.
Cargo Mat vs Cargo Stand
Choosing between a charging station like the Anker MagGo 3-in-1 Pad or a charging station stand is a matter of personal preference.
A pad’s strip of charging points is lower and more travel-friendly than a stand, while a stand has a smaller footprint and displays charging devices more prominently.
The MagGo Pad is nifty in that it offers the best of both worlds with its adjustable iPhone charging module. However, it will still take up more horizontal space on your desk or nightstand than most stands.

Anker has a stand version: the rather predictably named Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1 Stand), pictured above. It’s a good-looking, fast-charging stand, but it’s not our favorite stand, which remains the Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe, which can tilt and tilt a charging iPhone 35 degrees and also charge a watch flat or in nightstand mode. The Anker MagGo stand is less flexible, with no tilt or movement at any of the charging points.

The MagGo family is varied in appearance but not in name, and the Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1 Foldable), pictured above, is another Qi2 option. Similarly priced ($109.99/£99.99), this super-compact 3-in-1 charger is about the size of a credit card (3.5 × 2.36 inches; 8.9 × 6 cm) but an inch (2.5 cm) deep and is lightweight at 6.9 ounces (195g). You can elevate the foldable Qi2 pad to create a mini stand for your iPhone.
You can also charge an iPhone with this folded charger and the Qi2 pad on top. You only need to unfold it if you want to charge AirPods or use the Qi2 pad as a stand. The 5W watch charging module is stored on the underside and can lie flat or sit at an angle for nightstand mode. Above the base is the Qi Wireless Charger which will charge your AirPods at 5W when inside a wireless charging case.

Pricing and availability
The Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station (3-in-1 pad) costs $99.99 / £99.99 / $109.99 and is available directly from Anker (US/UK/EU) or Amazon in the United States | United Kingdom | Germany.
It’s cheaper than competing 3-in-1 charging strips, likely because Anker doesn’t have to pay Apple for its MagSafe certification badge, but it matches MagSafe certified in terms of charging speed.
In comparison, the equally lengthy Belkin Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charger with MagSafe costs $149.99 / £139.99.
Should I buy the Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station (3 in 1 Pad)?
