If you have certain versions of iOS, Apple has decided to completely renew the iPhone lock screen, with the arrival of iOS 18 the revolution comes to the home screen. The customization options offered by iOS 18 make it each user can have a completely unique home screen. Something that could more or less be done by changing iPhone app icons, but is now much quicker and simpler.
