Raising the blind and looking to see what the weather is doing outside is a quick and easy way check the weather, but that look won't necessarily show up tomorrow morning unless you know how to interpret the colors of the sky (otherwise, it doesn't always work). Also, since monitoring the weather on a smartphone is very easy, weather apps have become the most popular software within Android.
We all have our preferred weather application, which we used to download with each new boot. It's also possible that an app that comes with a serial phone is more than enough to let us know about future weather. But did you know that on your Android you have the Google Weather app and that you can attach it to the desktop in just a few steps?
A complete and very accurate app
Mobile weather applications are often distinguished by their appearance and function. There is simple minimalist design, with colors and symbols that evoke thought, for example. And Google is one of them: its app retains Material Design style while the company takes the opportunity to give it a good touch with the characters on the cover. On the other hand, it is not one of the most complete applications since your weather information is limited.
In Google's weather application, the current weather with bright colors and fun details of the main character, left, appears on the cover. Sliding screen from bottom to top is in the exact print mode of the day Hour of day for all day By temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, UV indicator and visibility. There is also a forecast for rain in the next 24 hours and wind as well sunrise and sunset. To top it off, the Google app offers next-day weather and 10 days, both available on the top tab.
Details are well represented and clearly visible. Ad-free and time-based according to location; even though it can search for a specific site with a top search engine. According to details, Google finds it on The Weather Channel, a popular weather service.
Well, the Google weather app looks great. But how to install it on a cell phone? Well, you don't have to download it because you already have it on your Android. And you can attach it to the desktop in this simple way:
- Turn on your mobile recovery (desktop to the left of the first), click on the "G" widget or open the browser to check the weather.
- You will see your weather information details first. Click on this information: you will appear in the Google Weather section.
- Click on the three menu items and click on "Install on home screen".
- You will now have direct access to the app on your desktop: just click on the icon to go to the app.
Although it is a web app, and the details are the same as Google offers a search engine, shortcut behaves like a real-time application. It is very effective, its design is appealing, it provides sufficient detail and is not interrupted by ads or in-app purchases. We recommend.
