One of the most beautiful stores that Apple has recently opened: the new Apple Al Maryah Island.
Apple launched a Spectacular new Apple Store in Abu Dhabi called Apple Al Maryah Island. The store is located on the waterfront, “offering the best of Apple with a waterfront view in the middle of Abu Dhabi’s prestigious financial district”.
Apple Al Maryah Island has a multicultural team of over 80 members of 28 different nationalities who collectively speak more than 30 different languages.
“We couldn’t be more excited to open the beautiful Apple Island Al Maryah this Friday. Our talented team is ready to welcome and delight customers from this vibrant community at our new location in the Emirates.”
Apple has revealed that the new Apple Al Maryah Island will debut three unique Today at Apple sessions which are inspired by the beautiful surroundings and creative culture of Abu Dhabi:
- Photo Walk: Fluidity and movement with the iPhone 13 Pro, co-created with local photographer Mohamed Somji
- Music Walk: Fluid Soundscapes with GarageBand
- Guide to the art walk session: drawing creativity within the session
Apple Al Maryah Island features several elements of new and unique design that reflects its surroundings. The store has two entrances, one from the mall gallery and one from the boardwalk.

The entrance to the promenade features two ramps paved with Absolute Black granite stone, used for the first time in an Apple Store. These ramps are located on a cascade of water stairs which blurs the line between inside and outside.
The store also features a gold carbon fiber roof sourced locally from the United Arab Emirates. Visitors entering through the Galleria Al Maryah Island shopping center will walk through a stainless steel gate that reflects like a mirror, surrounded by the sights and sounds of water jets cascading over the exterior glass walls. The ceiling creates a kaleidoscopic effect, with water falling on the walls and reflections seen above.

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful stores that Apple has recently opened, as are the store-matching wallpapers that Apple has shared. The business continues to expand across the globe, we recently learned of two new stores that were set to open in the home of Samsung.
