Many users were expecting a 2nd gen HomePod mini this week after the release of new Macs and 2nd gen HomePod. However, analyst Mark Gurman published information on this in his weekly newsletter and assured that Apple is not working on a short-term renewal of this product. All this is also based on the innovations included in the 2nd generation of the large speaker which does not include anything surprising compared to its predecessor and it would not make sense to update another product without additional innovations.
