Two new options available for running and training on Apple Fitness +!
Apple started this 2021 by motivating us to be more active and take care of our health. In addition to the announcement of a new challenge on the Apple Watch, here are those of the bitten apple released What’s new in the Apple Fitness + app, which will be available from this week.

According to Apple Vice President of Fitness Technologies, Jay Blahnik commented:
“Users will find a lot of motivation in the collections and the race time will certainly encourage many to explore cities with a great racing tradition.”

The collections include a series of selected workouts and meditations from the Fitness + library that builds on the nearly 2,000 indoor workouts and guided meditations in the Fitness + library. the The collections will suggest a program of activities to follow for the next few days or weeks.
Time to run
Hora de Correr will feature an episode every Monday with tips from some of Fitness + users’ favorite trainerslike Emily Fayette, Jamie-Ray Hartshorne, Sam Sanchez and Scott Carvin, who are joined by new coach, Cory Wharton-Malcolm. Apple says that with its fun way to cheer on runners, even the most complicated route is appreciated.
Sessions Running Time also includes an energetic and motivational soundtrack., with playlists handpicked by Fitness + trainers.
